We are back from Fredrikstad animation festival, but Morten is still hung over, so we had to bring in his nemesis, Carl.

This is the week we talk about the 2011 Oscar contenders, The Toy Story 3 that never was, Pixar’s “it gets better”, the HOP-trailer and of course, This weeks movie: Dumbo!

Day 5: Fredrikstad Animation Festival

Day 5 at Fredrikstad was mainly about packing down our stuff and heading home. But we did manage to fit in a breakfast interview with Nik Phelps, Nancy Denney-Phelps and Alexeev Alexey (Creator of Log Jam) which will be available later this fall.

Thanks to everyone who listened to us thoughout these 5 days, and of course to everyone we got to talk to and interview.

FAF 2010, fredrikstad animation festival, award ceremony montage

Jury’s decision: We all were instantly immersed into this strange universe with its curious atmosphere, strong directorial style and production design that left us with a feeling that this was a truly ”complete” film.

Day 3: Fredrikstad Animation Festival

The ACP-team are having a blast at the festival. Day 3 was another great day in Fredrikstad with fascinating and diverse seminars and a fantastic atmosphere. Great talks on “the Illusionist”, “Shrek forever after”, “Madame Tutli-Putli” and “Higglety Pigglety Pop!” and still two more days to go!
